Dr. Hanna Molla
I completed my PhD in Pharmacology under the mentorship of Dr. Kuei Tseng, where I studied the role of the endocannabinoid system on prefrontal cortical function and the impact of adolescent cannabinoid exposure on prefrontal cortex development. I am currently in my second year of postdoctoral training under the mentorship of Dr. Harriet de Wit and I am interested in studying the neural and cognitive effects of drug use in humans, with a particular interest in cannabinoids.
Dr. Connor Haggarty
I completed my PhD in the SomAffect research group at Liverpool John Moores University, England. Here I was interested in individual differences in the behavioural and physiological responses to social touch. After this I began postdoc with HBPL alum Dr Leah Mayo at Linkoping University Sweden, looking at the role of the endocannabinoid system in PTSD. My research interests are broadly focused around social behavior and social group dynamics and the consequences of pharmacological interventions for these behaviours in relation to mental health conditions.
